Click below to use Snow College’s online reporting form. You may report anonymously using the reporting form, by not filling out your name or contact information. While Snow College will work to appropriately respond and remedy the alleged reported anonymously, please be advised College's response may be limited.

Confidential Reporting
Students may also choose to not report their experience. Snow College supports an individual’s right to choose to not report their experience. If you or someone you know would like to discuss the incident in a confidential setting, please contact the Wellness Center using any of the methods below.
